Dr. Bahia at Tech Dentistry is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She’s super warm and empathetic, but also sees you on time and provides great care. I highly recommend. She currently works Tuesdays/Thursdays. Tech Dentistry is a little expensive if you need any actual work done, but luckily it’s in-network for both Emory and GA Tech student health plans. My only complaint is that I once had to see Dr. Vesper because they scheduled me on a Wednesday. She was cold and didn’t seem like she wanted to answer my questions. She also seemed frustrated when I questioned something she said. Thus, I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Bahia if possible!

The location is so convenient for Georgia Tech graduate students! My cleaning was super fast and efficient yet thorough. I was never just sitting by myself in the room waiting on a hygienist or dentist. Especially with student health insurance, the process is super easy, but I plan on still going to Tech Dentistry even when I am not a student. My only complaint was that it could be a bit painful, but I think that's just the dentist. They never made me feel bad and they were knowledgeable about my teeth and explained things when I asked. My favorite thing was that they gave me an estimated cost for fillings before I set up an appointment, very appreciated for PhD students on a budget!

During my visits, I always like the treatment provided to me by the doctors at Tech Dentistry. My visits have been really satisfying. Superb customer service and quick correspondence on scheduling appointments. Sometimes, it does feel like it takes forever to get the appointment, but the customer service does a really good job in scheduling it early in case a slot opens up. I have had four sessions until now, including an exam, a cleaning session and two fillings. Everything went very well. Loved the overall experience. Would be definitely visiting again.

The location is very convenient for working at Georgia Tech and the office was able to fit me in last minute for a walk-in appointment. Tech Dentistry's staff are super friendly from the front desk to the hygienists and dentist (Dr. Vesper). Since I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time, the assessment for deep cleans is pretty spot on. They were very upfront about what is covered and not covered by insurance. The whole experience made me wonder why I hadn't try Tech Dentistry sooner as well as emphasizing the importance of flossing and keeping up with the routine dentist visits. Also as other reviews have mentioned, there is a $50 promotion off next visit for writing a review.

*previously 4-star review. 4-star review in response to first visit (below) Third cleaning: Received a text message a week in advance asking me to confirm my appointment be replying "C". When I replied, I got a response saying my appointment had been cancelled. Tried to call twice, waited on hold 5 min each time before giving up--never got the chance to talk to a person or leave a message. (And, for clarity, their policy is to cancel 48 hours if there has not been a confirmation, it is currently still over 70 hours until the appointment). I have added screenshots. Update: Was never able to get them on the phone, but did get a text re-confirming my cleaning. The cleaning itself was fine. I'll leave this at 3-stars for now in case they really were just dealing with "changing their phone systems". Second cleaning: Received a text message a week in advance asking me to confirm my appointment be replying "C", and did so. Showed up to the appointment to be told "oh, we cancelled that since you didn't confirm". Showed them the text message, so they "squeezed me in", and I spent a lot of time waiting around First visit: It's fine, I guess. The place was clean. They have TVs everywhere, including the waiting room and every dental chair. I personally think it makes the whole place loud, and find having a TV shoved in my face while i'm waiting on the dentist annoying, but it could be a pro for other people. The amount of waiting here is fine, but the first visit is a bit odd. They take about 100 (honestly, a lot) x-rays of your mouth and spend a while poking your gums with a pic and calling out a bunch of numbers to asses gum health before you ever see the dentist. I used to go to a much smaller office, and in comparison this place seems very unpersonable and hectic. This review is in exchange for a discount on my next visit

The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Definitely the most convenient dentist's office if you're affiliated with Georgia Tech, and relatively inexpensive compared to some other dentists in the area.

Simply put-- this is the best dentist experience I have ever had! Dr. Vesper is kind, patient, knowledgable, and caring. She took the time to listen to me and explained and answered questions thoroughly. The staff are wonderful, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes

JORDAN MILTON - my God! What a God send to me. She is so professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and accomodating. She, along with the dentist, gave me options, hope, security and confidence to pursue my dental goals. The office is WHITE, CLEAN, LARGE and WELCOMING. Thanks so much and can't wait to see you again!

I absolutely love Tech Dentistry. There has always been a great experience; from the dental techs to Dr. Vesper. Kudo's to Tech Dentistry. I am a loyal patient.

I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Bahia. Working with her on a litany of issues, I can honestly say I have never had a medical professional listen and care to the degree she does. She takes the time with each of her patients and is dedicated to getting to the bottom of the issues at hand. Would 100% reccomend this location and her specifically every time.

EDIT: I had a great experience only once. My crown which they put on fell off while just talking 2 MONTHS after they put it on. (Something that is supposed to last 15 YEARS.) I quit chewing gum, any sticky candy, bagels, and all things that would cause this. It literally fell out while talking and nearly chipped one of my other teeth. They are trying to push too many people through too quickly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've had fine experiences each time I’ve been there. The staff is really nice. My only complaint is that it has taken forever to finish the appointment the last couple of times, but they have worked with me to get me into a time slot that works better for everyone’s schedules.

I've seen both Dr. Bahia and Dr. Vesper and they are both excellent. Very attentive, listen to all of my concerns and answer my questions. The front office staff are always so friendly and on top of things and the dental techs are equally courteous and efficient. Office space provides a clean and relaxing environment. Price and location can't be beat if you are a GT student or faculty member. I've been seeing them for 3 years now and I can honestly say it's always been a pleasant experience!
